3. Installation & Compatibility

  • You have the knowledge or will seek professional help for installation

We are not liable for:

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Incorrect installation

  • Incompatibility issues

4. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars)

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

  • Orders may be refused or cancelled at our discretion

If an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

SOS E-Bikes operates using a combination of local and international suppliers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Motor kits: 3–7 weeks

  • Batteries: 2–4 weeks

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or suppliers are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • No change-of-mind refunds

  • Faulty items will be handled per Australian Consumer Law

7. Warranty & Liability

We do not guarantee that products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

SOS E-Bikes is not liable for:

  • Injury, damage, or loss caused by product use

  • Improper installation or modification

  • Use of products in unsafe or illegal conditions

Use of our products is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
