At SOS E-Bikes, all products are sourced and shipped directly from our suppliers. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy.
No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect selection by the customer

No longer wanting the product after purchase
Please ensure you carefully review product specifications before ordering.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working as intended, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
If approved, we will:

Send replacement parts, or

Offer a partial or full refund depending on the issue
Installation & Use
We are not responsible for issues caused by:

Incorrect installation

Misuse or modification

Incompatible bike setups
E-bike conversion kits require proper installation knowledge. By purchasing, you accept responsibility for correct installation.
Returns (Fault Cases Only)
Returns are only accepted if:

The product is confirmed faulty

The item is unused and uninstalled (unless fault requires testing)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times:

Motor Kits: 3–7 weeks

Batteries: 2–4 weeks
These are estimates only. Delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or suppliers are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only

After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled
