Shipping Policy – SOS E-Bikes

At SOS E-Bikes, we work with both Australian and international suppliers to deliver high-performance e-bike kits and batteries.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.


 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Motor Kits: 3–7 weeks

  • Batteries: 2–4 weeks

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items purchased.


 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia

For other locations, please contact us before placing an order.


 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Included with all orders

  • Express Shipping: Available on select products for an additional cost

Express shipping reduces delivery time but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.


 Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear due to international logistics.


 Delays

Delivery times are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Shipping carriers

  • High demand periods

  • Supplier delays

These factors are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos if applicable

We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Orders may ship from different warehouses

  • Batteries and kits may arrive separately

  • Large items may require longer delivery times
